Love this spot for a delicious late night snack! The BBQ Pork Mac & Cheese is divine!!
One of the bars in the neighborhood of the warehouse district, it was recommended by a local so we wanted to give it a try! We went in during the lunch hour on a weekday and the place was fairly empty with a few of us getting something to eat. I went with a brisket panini and my boyfriend had the nachos. The bartender was super hospitable and we appreciated the decor, vibe of the saloon, & the seating area outside probably is really popular in the evenings and weekends. Lot of great choices, delicious food, & reasonable prices on the menu!
Service is self serve at the bar, and pick up at the bar for drinks and food. Ambiance is your typical bar vibe, with pool tables, karaoke machines, and billiards. I recommend the Lafitte pig sandwich was amazing-- bbq with all the pig favorites.
A few of us bailed from going back to the hotel and decided to wait for dinner closer to the spot. I found a place just across the street and a few of us went to have beers. I needed something big to eat and had some fried potato wedges and two biscuits. The wedges were good and I got plenty of ketchup for them. The biscuits were good but I think I needed get more butter for the biscuits. I didn't have anything to drink but my friends said the drinks were good. Since it was friday, I didn't get a chance to have bbq but when I come back to the city, ill give some of their meats a try.
